Our goal is seamless, transparent pricing and billing for everything we do: our proposals typically itemize key work tasks at each stage, with a billable hours and hourly rate estimate or actual cost.
At each stage of a project, adjustments or enhancements are negotiable, and work SLAs or guarantees may be included where requested and feasible.
Recurring monthly charges for 3rd party services may be billed directly to our customers, if they choose to control their own accounts, or may be provided by Remaker Digital under terms of our independently-established reseller or bulk-licensing agreements.
Our work and cost estimates or proposals cover the first three (3) months of development and/or in-production operation, with each one-third (1/3) paid in advance. Subscriptions for licensed 3rd-party tools, components, templates, plug-ins, content or services may incur costs equal to 12 months of subscription payments at the time the project is approved and work begins.

With pre-agreed milestones, our team completes the design, assembles the elements of the system, develops and integrates any needed custom software and does the technical administration work that brings the entire system to life.

Once you have accepted our proposal, we develop several different implementation options, with choices for specific capabilities, integration options, hosting options, e-commerce setup and payment systems, along with numerous other similar enhancements and extensions.

Administration & Maintenance
All of our systems are designed to be highly cost-effective to operate and maintain, allowing us to pass those savings back to our customers. Basic fees for software updates, internet traffic, data storage, 3rd-party services and software licenses are detailed in the initial proposal.
Ongoing design changes, new capabilities, new software development or other alterations and enhancements are available with standard, agreed rates, and major redevelopment projects are subject to the entire process we employ for new projects.
